1. Booth arrangement will follow the principle of "first application, first payment, first confirmation." Please fill out the application and contract form, stamp it with the official seal, scan it, and send it to the organizing committee. Once the application form is signed and stamped, it has the same legal effect as a contract; the original and copies have the same legal validity.
2. Please transfer the exhibition fee to the organizing committee's account within three working days after submitting the exhibition application form. If overdue, the booth will not be reserved.
3. After receiving the exhibition application form and the exhibition fee, the organizing committee will reply with a booth booking confirmation letter within one week.
