Exhibition Procedure:
1. Booth arrangement will follow the principle of "first apply, first pay, first confirm". Fill out the application and contract form, stamp it with the official seal, scan and send it to the organizing committee. Once the application form is signed and stamped, it has the same effect as a contract; the original and copy have the same legal effect.
2. Please remit the exhibition fee to the organizing committee's account within three working days after submitting the exhibition application form. If overdue, the booth will not be reserved.
3. After the organizing committee receives the exhibition application form and the exhibition fee, it will reply with a booth booking confirmation letter within one week.
4. The organizing committee has the right to adjust some confirmed booths according to the overall effect of the venue and the needs of safety and fire protection.
