Exhibition Introduction
The 115th China Food and Drinks Fair (CFDF) will be held from October 15 to 17, 2026, at the Nanjing International Expo Center. With a total exhibition area of 200,000 square meters, the event will feature 9 major exhibition zones and 16 specialized category zones, establishing a systematic and professional display and trading system. The exhibition includes nine core zones: Chinese Famous Liquor, International Wine & Spirits, Beverages & Dairy, Snack Foods, International & Innovative Foods, Condiments & Ingredients, Green Agriculture, Food Machinery, and Packaging Supply Chain, comprehensively covering mainstream industry categories and innovative tracks. Additionally, it will feature 16 specialized category zones, including Food Raw Materials & Ingredients, Intelligent Manufacturing, Innovative Foods, Baked Goods, "Hundred Counties, Thousand Products, Ten Thousand Blessings," Instant & Convenience Foods, Light-aroma Liquor, Huangjiu & Health Liquor, Beer & Low-alcohol Beverages, Tea Drinks, Medicinal & Edible Beverage, Health Food & Technology Services, Private Label & Industrial Services, New Retail & New Channels, Beverage Ingredient Supply Chain, and the China Food Science and Technology Achievement Exhibition. This setup allows traditional categories and emerging tracks to be showcased together, meeting the needs of various enterprises for precise display and buyers for efficient product selection. The exhibition zones will be arranged based on upstream and downstream industry relationships and channel attributes, creating a highly synergistic industrial cluster effect. This enables upstream suppliers and downstream buyers to connect nearby, with exhibitors serving as both customers and partners, truly achieving one-stop procurement, negotiation, and cooperation, thereby improving the efficiency of business matching and the success rate of cooperation.
Exhibit Scope
Units engaged in the production, sales, research, technological development, media, and other activities related to various wines, foods, beverages, condiments, food additives, food packaging, and food machinery are eligible to apply for participation. The exhibition zones of this CFDF are professionally planned and divided into categories such as Wine & International Spirits, Liquor, Food & Beverages, Food, Condiments, Food Machinery, Packaging, and Advertising & Media.
